La Nouvelle is the next story in our culinary journey. This opportunity to bring French Nouveau cuisine to our city has us so excited. Bringing to the helm Matthieu Landillon from the coastal city of Marseille, La Nouvelle allows Chef Michael to explore classic French Bistro fare with an elevated edge. The atmosphere will lead you to the streets of Paris without leaving St. Augustine.
Make a Reservation
Reservations at La Nouvelle are available for guaranteed seating but they are not required. Our outdoor porch and courtyard offer additional seating (weather permitting) and we can most often accommodate walk-ins. Feel free to stop by or call ahead for last minute dining and we will do our best to find a seat for you.
